MANAGING DIRECTOR
A Global Chartered Management Accountant with over twenty-five years’ experience at a senior level has worked in the Insurance, Electrical, Manufacturing, Retail and Healthcare sectors. Holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, Msc in leadership and Change Management, MBA in International Healthcare management, Msc in logistics and supply chain management and is finalizing a doctorate in Business management. At XVS, key responsibilities include strategic matters, building effective teams, business development, stakeholder management and growth matters.
DYDMAS MANDINENGA
Technical and Sales Manager
An Electrical systems Specialist with 14 years of rich experience in solar systems design, implementation and maintenance in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Holds a Diploma in Electrical systems and Implementation, Diploma in Accountancy and Business management and various product certification certificates. At XVS key roles include leading electrical engineers and installers, sales team, technical training , installations and maintenance, sales and marketing and technological applications for systems development , design and ratings. The other key roles include quality management for all project installations, technical compliance, and warranty management.
RONALD A. SAGONDA
Finance and Administration Manager
A Global Chartered Management Accountant with over twenty years’ experience spanning across sectors in insurance, hospitality and nonprofit organizations at the management level specializing in Finance, Human resources and administration. Holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, Master in Business Administration and a member of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy institute in Zimbabwe (CGI). At XVS, key roles include financial management, systems and internal control, governance, compliance, human resources, ICT systems, general administration, performance management, supply chain management and stakeholder relations
ENG TAKAWIRA NJENDA
Projects Consultant
An Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of diverse experience in design, management and maintenance of complex electrical projects and power systems in Zimbabwe and beyond. Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science Degree in Power systems Engineering (IUT, IRAN). A member of the Association of Energy engineers Zimbabwe and member of Institute of Engineers. At XVS key roles, including provision of consultancy services in review of projects structuring, design and implementation, training technical staff, building system and applications for energy engineering. Other key roles include quality reviews and certifications working the XVS technical teams and management.
ENG CHARLES KATHUMBA
Projects and Marketing Manager
An Electrical Engineer with over four years of experience in renewable energy and power systems, he specializes in solar PV systems, LV/MV electrical power systems, power system protection designs. He has successfully designed and commissioned substations of different sizes, transmission lines and large-scale solar plants, ensuring compliance with ZERA grid codes and international standards. Holds a BSc (Hon) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and certifications in photovoltaic systems from Institute of Solar Technology (India) and switching license from ZESA National Training Centre. At XVS, he leads the full cycle of solar solutions from marketing initiation, design, planning and technical coordination to testing, commissioning, and maintenance driving successful project delivery and sustainable growth.

Strategy Performance Manager
She is a business leader with 20+ years’ experience in strategy development, policy formulation, auditing, and performance management, delivering results across banking, insurance, mining, and healthcare. She is also a recipient of multiple leadership awards, including Outstanding Marketing Leader of the Year (Megafest Women’s Awards 2021) and Outstanding Thought Leader of the Year (Megafest Leadership Awards 2021). She holds an MSc in Strategic Management, BCom in Financial Management, and is a certified Bank Risk Professional. At XVS, drives strategic planning, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
